Please read these terms carefully before using our services or website. By booking or engaging LUXPRO Plumbing LLC, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
Welcome to LUXPRO Plumbing LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the plumbing services we provide. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Definitions
- "Company" refers to LUXPRO Plumbing LLC.
- "Client" refers to the person or entity booking or receiving plumbing services.
- "Services" refers to the plumbing, installation, repair, and related services provided by the Company.
- "Website" refers to the LUXPRO Plumbing LLC website and all associated web pages.
2. Service Scope
LUXPRO Plumbing LLC provides residential plumbing services in Suffolk County and Nassau County, New York, as agreed during booking, including service type, scope, and any special instructions. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Leak detection and repair
- Faucet, toilet, and fixture repair and installation
- Pipe repair and replacement
- Water heater repair, installation, and replacement (tank and tankless)
- Drain cleaning and line services
- Water filtration, softener, and drinking water system installation
- Gas line installation and repair
- Vanity, sink, shower, and tub plumbing
All services are performed by or under the supervision of a Master Licensed Plumber (Town of Brookhaven). Any additional tasks requested during a service visit may incur extra charges. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic coverage.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Services must be booked in advance by phone, email, or online form. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee specific availability. A confirmation will be provided once the appointment is scheduled.
LUXPRO Plumbing LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, equipment availability, or prior emergency calls. We will provide notice as promptly as possible.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule by calling (631) 625-6942. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service call fee. If the Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered at no penalty.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices will be provided and agreed upon before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
- Full payment is expected at time of service completion
- For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins
- Additional fees may apply for emergency or after-hours service calls, excessively complex conditions, or last-minute requests
- Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee
- LUXPRO Plumbing LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances
5. Client Obligations
To ensure the best possible service outcome, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions of the issue and safe, unrestricted access to the work area
- Ensure necessary utilities (water, electricity) are available during the service visit
- Disclose any known hazards on the property (e.g., asbestos, lead pipes, mold, gas concerns)
- Obtain any required permits or HOA approvals before service, if applicable
- Ensure that an adult (18+) is present at the property during the appointment
The Company is not responsible for cleaning areas that are unsafe, inaccessible, or not disclosed prior to service.
6. Health & Safety
The safety of our team is a priority. LUXPRO Plumbing LLC reserves the right to refuse or pause service if:
- The environment presents a hazard (e.g., active gas leaks, biohazards, severe mold, pest infestations)
- Unsafe conditions exist that were not disclosed at the time of booking
- Aggressive individuals or animals are present on the property
Clients must secure pets during service visits. If service must be refused for safety reasons, a service assessment fee may apply.
7. Workmanship Warranty
LUXPRO Plumbing LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We offer a workmanship warranty on labor performed. Specific warranty terms will be confirmed at the time of service.
- Warranty covers defects in workmanship resulting from our installation or repair
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by client misuse, third-party work, or pre-existing conditions
- Parts and materials are subject to manufacturer warranties, separate from our labor warranty

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the work performed:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion
- The Company will review the concern and offer a re-visit or adjustment at no additional cost, where the issue falls within the original scope of work
- Issues reported after 24 hours or related to factors outside our control may not qualify for a no-cost remedy

9. Damage & Liability
LUXPRO Plumbing LLC carries general liability insurance on all service work. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- Minor wear, pre-existing conditions, or undisclosed fragile items are not covered
- Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. SMS & Communication Policy
LUXPRO Plumbing LLC uses SMS and phone communication to manage quotes, scheduling, service updates, and follow-ups.
Privacy of Mobile Data: We deeply respect your privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, sold to, or distributed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All mobile data collected is used solely for direct communication between you and LUXPRO Plumbing LLC.
- Consent & Opt-In: By providing your phone number through our website or forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from LUXPRO Plumbing LLC regarding your inquiries, scheduling, and service updates.
- Opt-Out: You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

- Will not photograph, record, or share any images or information from inside or around your property without your explicit permission
- Will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations

12. Intellectual Property
All content on the LUXPRO Plumbing LLC website including text, images, logos, graphics, and service descriptions is the exclusive property of LUXPRO Plumbing LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without express written permission.
13. Termination of Services
LUXPRO Plumbing LLC reserves the right to terminate or decline ongoing or future services in the event of:
- Non-payment or repeated late payment
- Unsafe working conditions at the client's property
- Repeated cancellations without adequate notice
- Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful conduct toward our team
The Client may cancel ongoing services at any time with reasonable notice. Cancellation does not waive any outstanding balances owed.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nassau County or Suffolk County, New York, and will be resolved through negotiation or small claims court unless otherwise required by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
LUXPRO Plumbing LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Agreement
By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from LUXPRO Plumbing LLC whether by phone, online form, or in person the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
